Nancy Whitelaw | CEO

Highland Innovations’ CEO Nancy Whitelaw brings a plethora of knowledge and experience to the table. She’s spent more than 30 years in commercial property management, marketing, leasing and administration. She holds a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as real estate broker's licenses for the State of Minnesota. She understands your day-to-day needs and concerns, having been there herself.

Maisy has a unique background with a degree in Piano Performance and Arts Management from Winona State University. She divides her time between teaching piano, retail sales and  Arbor Lakes Business Association's project manager. Maisy's the one you see at all the events setting up, coordinating and guiding our guests on what's happening.

Kris graduated from St. Cloud State University with an Advertising & Marketing Degree. He has a versatile background in Project Management, Brand Strategy & Social Media. He also has an extensive background in the restaurant & hospitality industry. He still moonlights as a server at an Irish Pub! Kris is highly involved with The Arbor Lakes Business Association (ALBA), ArborLakes.Net and Event Planning.

Chris Zawistowski of Design Spectrum, brings 30+ years of design expertise with attention to the client’s needs and budget. Chris's client list includes Ryan Companies, Mystic Lake Casino, Canterbury Park, Hyatt Regency, Riverplace, The Woods, General Growth Properties as well as many regional retail concepts.
