Formed in 1994, Highland Innovations has evolved from common area enhancements—holiday décor (or as we call it Holidécor™), banners, decorative exterior lighting—to going back to our roots in commercial real estate: creating shopping center marketing plans, events, and coordinating implementation; tenant representation and site selection as well as property management and marketing services.

In addition to our staff, we have a group of trusted resources we call upon to provide product and services as well as manufacturing our own holiday décor packages. We do onsite installations as well as selling a product for the client to install. We bring your project in on time and on budget.

With many years property and project management experience we serve our clients as we liked to be treated when we were the client. The benefit we deliver to our clients is an understanding of the world of property and facilities management ... governed by leases, owners, recoverability and the bottom line.
